Aging Well

In order for us to age well - and that means aging with physical, mental, and spiritual health - we have to take care of our bodies. That means, we need to eat well, exercise, get plenty of fresh air and sleep, and make sure we are getting the vitamins and nutrients we need to support our bodies and minds.
There are many ways that can be done, and many resources. Here is a new webiste just starting out with some good info: Aging Well, Aging Naturally. In addition, check the links for further information. Aging is something we all want to do!
